Dear Mr. UN´s General Secretary:

This committee, formed by political and social organizations, human rights institutions, labor unions and others, and civil society, shows its repudiation for:  

•  The non-clearance of the US$ 1 billion and 300 million e 300 millions collected by the international community for the Haiti, after hurricanes have left a path of destruction and more than 3 thousand deaths.

•  To the argumentation that the money is not given because of fear of deviation in case it is passed to the Haitian institutions.   In the name of the recovery of Haitian´s dignity and in the face of the difficulties that Haiti is passing through, we demand that the money is sent to this country as soon as possible and that it is used in its reconstruction.
